The delivery time depends on the product:

- Postcards, posters and arm prints: 5 working days.

- Rugs, cushions, and wallpaper: an average of 1 to 2 weeks. We have a production run at the end of each week. From the start of production to completion, it takes an average of 5 business days.

Luxury rugs and beanbags: on average 2 to 4 weeks, these are finished by hand, so production takes a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with track & trace. If you haven't heard anything after four weeks, please contact us.

Most Studio LilaLine products are made especially for you and are considered custom-made. Therefore, these products cannot be returned.

Yes. The mats are low-pile and won't pull on you, even with sharp nails. Ideal for busy entrances and pets.

Absolutely. You choose the dimensions and print. Custom sizes are a bit more expensive due to the extra production time. If you'd like a different size than what you see in our custom configurator, please email us at info@studiolilaline.com and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Measure the space and add 5 cm to the length and width. This allows you to trim the mat neatly. You can also use an existing mat as a template.

Yes. You can easily cut the mat with a sharp knife or scissors on a hard surface.

Yes. The PU backing is heat-resistant, leaves no marks, and conducts heat well.

Yes, our mats are specially developed without plasticizers, so you can lay our mats on any floor you like without worrying about the plasticizers damaging your floor underneath.

Vacuuming keeps your mat looking good. For stains, use lukewarm water and mild soap. Smaller mats can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius, but hand-cleaning will extend their lifespan. Yes. The felt backing is heat-resistant and safe for underfloor heating. Heat transfer is slightly slower than with PU, but the underfloor heating will still function properly.

Yes. Thanks to the sturdy material, vibrant color, and ribbon-edged finish, these rugs are also suitable for busy spaces like shops, showrooms, or offices.

Yes. The beanbag cover can be washed at 30 degrees Celsius. Turn the cover inside out and let it air dry. Do not tumble dry.

Our beanbag chairs are water-resistant and can withstand a splash or a light shower. However, they are not completely waterproof. So don't leave them outside or in the rain for extended periods.

The beanbag chairs are made of strong, furniture-grade fabrics with a colorful print. The filling consists of soft, firm pearls that conform to your body and retain their volume for a long time.

Each roll contains two strips, each 50 cm wide and 270 cm high, totaling one meter in width. The strips fit seamlessly together to create a continuous pattern.

Is your wall lower? Then you can easily cut the wallpaper to size. Is your wall taller than 270 cm? Then you can combine multiple rolls. We currently do not offer custom height options.

Yes. Our wallpaper is non-woven and therefore easy to remove in one piece, without any adhesive residue.
