About Us
At Studio LilaLine, we don't follow trends—we simply create what we love. Our inspiration? The world around us. Colors, shapes, nature—everything that sparks our creative spirits. We translate those vibes into colorful explosions and prints that truly stand out.
Own Design
We design and develop everything ourselves in our own studio. Our LilaLine lab is filled with stacks of markers, colorful paper, laser cutters, and 3D printers, allowing us to experiment freely. We create our products in collaboration with local producers, maintaining a small supply chain and sourcing everything as locally as possible. Currently, everything is still made in the Netherlands, and even as we expand, we aim to maintain local production. This means staying within Europe, where regulations for fair labor and sustainability are stricter.

Nicoline
The creative engine
Nicoline is the driving force behind Studio LilaLine, or the Creative Engine. Her endless stream of ideas and passion for design form the foundation of every project the studio produces. Nicoline doesn't design products that follow trends; instead, she creates contemporary designs bursting with color and dynamism. Whether developing new prints, products, or engaging in inspiring collaborations, Nicoline always has a visionary plan in mind. She takes the majority of the lead and ensures that every project seamlessly aligns with Studio LilaLine's creative vision.
Her talent for creating vibrant, timeless designs makes each product unique. Whether it's wallpaper, fabrics, flooring, or stationery, Nicoline ensures that every design exudes a burst of color and character. Thanks to her energy and innovative approach, Studio LilaLine is constantly evolving and elevates every project to the next level.
Lucienne
The Rule Wizard
Lucienne, Nicoline's sister, is Studio LilaLine's ultimate organizer. With her almost magical talent for organization, she manages to bring structure to the creative chaos. Her keen insight into planning, schedules, and deadlines ensures that every project is perfectly managed, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Lucienne's lists keep every project on track, allowing Nicoline and Lucien to fully focus on their creativity.

Lucien
The Practical Hero
Lucien is the driving force behind Studio LilaLine, also known as the Practical Hero. With his technical expertise and talent for 3D design, he ensures that Nicoline's creative ideas are transformed into reality. Whether developing prototypes or solving technical challenges, Lucien is always the man behind the scenes who makes the magic happen. His practical approach ensures that every project runs smoothly and that the production is technically flawless.
Lucien is also known for his love of baking, both ceramics and food, and his homemade cakes and breads have become legendary within the team. His versatility makes him indispensable to Studio LilaLine, where he provides both the technical foundation and a creative sparring partner for Nicoline. Thanks to Lucien's technical skills and pragmatic approach, even the most complex projects remain feasible and successful.
Sustainability
Honesty and sustainability are our top priorities. That's why we have all our products made locally, so we know they're produced safely and responsibly. We're also always looking for new products and materials when it comes to sustainability, and we strive to incorporate sustainability into all our products. Besides maximizing sustainability, using biodegradable materials and water-saving options during production, we also prioritize quality. After all, you can strive for maximum sustainability, but if your product quickly ends up in the trash, all your hard work is for nothing. That's why we choose high-quality, elegant materials for our stationery, so you can keep your chosen postcard as a small work of art.
